1. About Rubo Market

Rubo Market ("we", "us", "our") is a global online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of smartphones and mobile accessories. Our platform allows sellers to post listings and buyers to contact them directly via WhatsApp. Rubo Market is operated by Goshen WebX.

Rubo Market is a platform only — we do not buy, sell, or take possession of any items listed on our platform. All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers.

2. Eligibility

To use Rubo Market you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Provide accurate and truthful information when registering
• Have a valid WhatsApp-enabled phone number
• Agree to comply with all applicable laws in your country

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

3. Seller Responsibilities

As a seller on Rubo Market, you agree to:

• Only list items you own and have the legal right to sell
• Provide accurate descriptions, photos and prices for all listings
• Verify your phone number to access full platform features
• Respond promptly and honestly to buyer inquiries via WhatsApp
• Honor agreed prices and deal terms with buyers
• Not post duplicate, spam or misleading listings
• Not impersonate other sellers or use fake identities
• Remove or mark listings as sold once items are no longer available

4. Prohibited Items & Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on Rubo Market:

• Stolen, counterfeit or illegally obtained devices
• Devices with fraudulent IMEI numbers or blocked devices
• Misleading listings with false photos or descriptions
• Scam listings designed to defraud buyers
• Harassment, threats or abusive behavior toward other users
• Creating fake accounts or manipulating the review system
• Any activity that violates applicable local, national or international laws

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

As a buyer on Rubo Market, you agree to:

• Always inspect items before making any payment
• Meet sellers in safe, public locations
• Never send money without first seeing and verifying the item
• Not engage in fraudulent chargebacks or false dispute claims
• Leave honest and accurate reviews based on real transactions only

6. Featured Listings & Payments

Rubo Market offers optional paid "boost" features that give listings increased visibility:

• Quick Boost — $2.00 USD for 24 hours of featured placement
• Standard Boost — $5.00 USD for 48 hours of featured placement
• Premium Boost — $10.00 USD for 7 days of featured placement

All payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. By purchasing a boost, you agree that:

• Payments are non-refundable once a boost has been activated
• Boost duration begins immediately upon successful payment
• We reserve the right to remove boosted listings that violate our Terms
• Featured placement does not guarantee sales or buyer contact

7. Reviews & Ratings

Rubo Market allows verified buyers to leave reviews for sellers. By submitting a review, you agree that:

• Reviews must be honest, accurate and based on real transactions
• Reviews must not contain offensive, abusive or defamatory content
• You may only leave one review per seller
• Fake or manipulated reviews are strictly prohibited
• All reviews are subject to admin approval before publication

8. Limitation of Liability

Rubo Market is a peer-to-peer marketplace platform only. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. Therefore:

• We are not responsible for the quality, safety or legality of listed items
• We are not liable for any loss, damage or fraud arising from transactions
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing information
• We are not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages

Users interact with each other at their own risk. We strongly encourage all users to follow our safety guidelines.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Rubo Market — including the logo, design, code and written content — is the property of Goshen WebX and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

By posting listings, you grant Rubo Market a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your listing content (including photos) on our platform for the purpose of operating the marketplace.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that:

• Violates these Terms of Use
• Engages in fraudulent or scam activity
• Receives multiple legitimate reports from other users
• Provides false registration information
• Attempts to manipulate or abuse the platform

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of Rubo Market after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international law. For users in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Canadian law also applies where relevant. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal action is taken.
