Secure delivery of transactional emails including verification links, password resets and account notifications.

The following is publicly visible to all platform visitors:
- Listing title, description, photos, price and condition
- Seller display name and WhatsApp number
- Approximate location (city, area, country — never exact address)
- Verified seller badge status
- Approved reviews and star ratings
⚠️ Important: Never include sensitive personal information (ID numbers, bank details, home address) in listing descriptions or photos.
